1/4 cup (50 g) powdered, dry pomegranate seeds (`Anardana')

1 cup (100 g ) garam masala

¾ cup (50 g ) powdered coriander seeds (`Dhania')

1/2 cup +2 tbsp (50 gms) chilli powder

1/2 cup (50 g) powdered, dry ginger (`Sonth')

1 3/4 cup (350 gms) salt
