Poodine-Dahi ki Chutney

A chutney form Mint leaves and yogurt for tikkas and pakoras

  • Poodina (Mint leaves), chopped 100 g
  • Hara Dhania (Coriander leaves) 25 g
  • Ginger, chopped fine 1 tsp
  • Onions, roughly chopped 125 g (1 cup)
  • Bhuna Pissa Jeera (Roasted and ground Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp or to taste
  • Hari Mirch (Green Chilli), chopped 2 tbsp or to taste
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Dahi, beaten smooth cup (50 g)


  • Grind all the ingredients together, except the dahi, to form a smooth paste.
  • Mix the dahi into the chutney and serve.
