Tangri Kabab

Type: Chicken Serving: 4-5 pieces Cooking Time: 30 minutes after marinating


  • Chicken drumsticks 4-5 (500 g)
  • Hung Dahi  (Yogurt) cup  
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Dhania (Coriander) powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies, chopped 2-3 or to taste
  • Hara Dhania (Coriander leaves), chopped cup
  • Lemon wedges and onion rings to serve on the side


  • Prick the chicken and marinate in all the ingredients, except the onion rings and lemon wedges for 4-5 hours or overnight.
  • Grill at high or bake in an oven for 20-25 minutes.

  • Serve garnished with the onion and lemon.
