Mushroom Filling

Mushrooms prepared for filling a baked potato

Type: Vegetarian Serving: 2 Cooking Time: 10 minutes


  • Mushroom, chopped fine 200 g  (1 packet)
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onions, chopped fine cup
  • Garlic, chopped fine 1 tsp
  • Simla Mirch (capsicum), chopped fine cup (1 small)
  • Mix together for sauce:
  • Water cup
  • Cornflour 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste


  • Heat the oil and add the onions and garlic. When pinkish, add the Simla mirch and saute till half cooked.
  • Add the mushrooms and turn around over high heat till mixed and add the sauce ingredients.

  • Bring to a boil, simmer and pour over the potato.
