Lettuce cream salad

  • Lettuce leaves about 25
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp.
  • Onion, chopped fine cup (150 g)
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Powdered black pepper 1/8 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp (5 g)
  • Cream cup (120 g)


  • Wash the lettuce leaves and wipe them or drain out the water in a spinner.
  • Break them into 2-3 pieces each and put them into an airtight bag, which is then sealed and placed in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, to crisp.

  • Mix the onions, oil, cream, salt, pepper and sugar and keep aside till time for serving.

  • Just before serving, mix the dressing again and toss together with the lettuce and serve.
