pepper chicken

chicken specially prepared with flavour of pepper powder

Type: Chicken Serving: serve with naan or also as a starter Cooking Time: 1 hour


  • 1 kg boneless chicken pieces
  • pepper powder
  • ginger garlic paste
  • 1 egg
  • cornflour
  • spring onion chopped and chopped capsicum
  • yoghurt,turmeric powder,lemon juice 1tsp for marination
  • soya sauce,tomato ketchup,ajinomoto,chilli sauce
  • oil for deep frying


  • Take boneless chicken pieces and marinate with ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,lemon juice,yoghurt and salt.marinate for 2 hours.Before deep frying apply egg and cornflour and deep fry the pieces.
  • After deep frying apply tomato ketchup and pepper powder to the chicken pieces.

  • Take a fry pan and put oil and saute the chopped spring onions and capsicum.Put soya sauce ,chilli sauce and ajinomoto to the onions and stir.Put the deep fried chicken pieces and stir and than garnish with spring onions.
