Pyaaz Poodine ka Raita (fat free)

  • Onions, chopped fine 2 cups (300g )
  • Poodina , chopped fine cup
  • Dahi (Yogurt) made from skimmed milk 2 cups (400 g)
  • Salt 2 tsp or to taste
  • Kali mirch (powdered black pepper tsp
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted and powdered 2 tsp
  • Chilli powder tsp


  • Beat the dahi smooth and add the rest of the ingredients except the chilli powder and 1 tsp of the zeera powder.
  • Transfer on to a serving bowl, garnish with the chilli powder and the rest of the zeera powder, chill and serve.
