Eggless Cookies (microwave)

Recipe By : Niru Gupta
Type: Cakes Serving: 24 pieces

Ingredients

  • Flour (Maida) 2 cups (300 g)
  • Butter cups (180 g)
  • Sugar, powdered 1 cup (240 g)
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Milk cup
  • Vinegar 2 tsp
  • Microwavable Baking tray

Preparation

  • Cream flour, butter, sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla together. Add the milk and vinegar and leave to rest in a cool place, covered, for 15-20 minutes.
  • Form into 24 small balls and flatten with a fork.

  • Place 6 at a time on the baking tray and cook at 100% for 1 -2 minutes. Rotate the tray a half turn halfway through the cooking time.

  • Allow to cool on a wire rack. Repeat with the remaining mixture. In the microwave they may not brown, so you can grill them a little after they are cooked.
