Macaroni and Corn Salad

A corn and pasta salad

Type: Salad Serving: 4-6 Cooking Time: 5 minutes after pasta and corn is boiled


  • Corn, whole grain, boiled 2 cups
  • Tomato, de-seeded and chopped fine cup
  • Hara Pyaaz, chopped fine, with leaves 1 cup
  • Khira/cucumber chopped cup
  • Macaroni, boiled 1 cup
  • Dressing:
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tsp or to taste
  • Pissi kali mirch tsp
  • Mustard powder tsp
  • Lettuce or some greens to spread on the plate for the salad.


  • Mix all the ingredients together and serve in a salad bowl or on a bed of greens.
