Chicken Salad

Cooked boneless chicken mixed in a Thousand Island Dressing

Type: High Protein Serving: 4-6 Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken, cooked and diced 500 g
  • Onions, chopped fine 1 cup
  • Thousand Island Dressing(below) 1   cups
  • Simla Mirch (Capsicum) , de-seeded and cut to form a ring around the salad
  • Thousand Island Dressing:
  • Mayonnaise sauce 1 cups
  • Egg, full boiled 1
  • Tomato ketchup cup
  • Chilli sauce 1 tsp
  • Celery, chopped fine 1 tbsp
 

Preparation

  • Make the dressing: Place all the dressing ingredients in the jar of a liquidiser and blend.
  • Mix the chicken, onions and dressing and transfer on to a serving dish.

  • Arrange the capsicums around it in a ring. Chill and serve
