I have a section in the recipes called Vrat ka Khaana. Do browse that for recipes.

I made the Strawberry Cheese Cake, for the base I had used Gloucose Biscuits. The base made by the buscuits was not set. Can you please reply, as I need to make it for my Party. The dish was really very good thanks for sharing it.

I have the recipe of a chilled cheese cake which you must have made. The biscuit base does not set properly if you do not mix in the butter well. It is the butter that solidifies and binds the crust.

Dear niru,
Can you please tell how to make garlic powder at home. Thanks.

Have never made it Hootokshi, but can suggest:
Salt the peeled garlic pods and dry them in the sun. When dry, powder in a blender and keep.
