Binod, it is very difficult for me to decide as I do not know the avaiability of ingredients, but I will try:
Samosa
Hamburger
Plain cake
Idli
Vada
Dosa
Pakoras
Sandwiches
Roti Rolls
Chhola Bhatura
Rajmah Chawal
Stuffed Paranthas

All these are snacky items and also filling enough for a meal.

Madam

Long back, I had enjoyed "Namkeen Sev's Sabjee" in Rajasthan, It had no vegotables and had lot of water contents. Can you explain the actual method of preparation? Like that, I had taken "Papad's Sabjee". The dis had some extra amount of red chilli, but very tasty and were more like soup, in appearance!

Regards
