Before steaming, on the greased plate arrange a layer of thin paneer slices. Pour batter over, steam and turn upside down and proceed to season like the Besan ka Dhokla.

i want to know the recipe of aloo which is prepared by powdered mustard, black pepper, garlic, jeera, made by benaras style

Sorry Seema, but I am not familiar with this preparation. I do have recipes for Aloo Dum, Aloo Posto, Dahiwale aloo etc. In case you want any of these.

Bread Pakoras
Ingredients: 10-12 slices of bread-cut into desired sized pieces
For the batter
200 gm gram flour
water
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp crushed cumin
salt
1 tsp soda bi-carb
oil for deep frying
chaat masala

Method: Make a thick batter with water, flour, red chilli powder, cumin, turmeric, salt and soda bi-carb.

Coat each piece of bread with the batter and deep fry.

Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve with ketchup or chutney.

what is kachaloo and sonth ki chutney

Kachaloo is yam.
sonth ki chutney is a sweet and sour chutney made with jaggery, tamarind and dried ginger.
