Hello mam,

I like ur petha recipe, but i do not want to use chemical lime in that, is it possible to do without that.

I don't really know about that Hema. Sorry. I have seen it used all the time. I will try and find out, and if I do know of any substitute, I will write back to you, but I doubt very much.

I am not sure, but sometimes if the soda is not mixed properly in it, I feel it turns a little brown in patches. Mix thoroughly and see.
