I am not in town right now.

I have been to an indian restaurant and had a chicken breast that had been flattened and then rolled up with a spicy minced labs can you give me a recipe for this or tips on how it is done, do you good the lamb first then spread onto flattened raw chicken breat roll up and cook?

I have not really made this but if I were to do it, I would cook the lamb first. Spread it on the flattened chicken, roll it (tie it if need be to be sure to keep it intact). and then cook it. the chicken cooks must faster than the lamb.
