can i use micro grill combination mode for preparing the hariyali kabab? if yes please tellme the time settings for that. are all type of kababs done in grill and convection mode?

Yes kababs are best made in a convection mode if you are not using a grill. About 5 minutes with turning should be enough.

Actually just season the fish with seasoning of your choice and steam in a steamer or a smaller dish which fits into a bigger dish which has water. Do not let the dish touch the water, keep it over something which works like a stand.

i have followed your almond souffle and chocolate... u wrote in the recipe for 1 cup ground almond. can u please tell me how much gram does 1 cup equals too. and also i want to know about coating consistency in both this dishes. how can i know that its of right coating consistency, please help. Thank you.

1 cup almonds is about 200g

Coating consistency:
Dip the spoon in the mixture, lift it up and it should drip slowly, so that you see the spoon after some time and not immediately.
