Hi niru ji what we can do to make dosa more crispy
Query posted by : Sushama on 7-Feb-2012

A thinner dosa is crisper. The batter should be spread when the pan is very hot to begin with, then lower the heat. The more the practice the more you get it right.

Hi Niru,

I love cooking and your recipes are of great help. My husband is a big foodie and when I am back from work I dont know what to cook and the best resource is your website. All the recipes are really awesome.

I have a wedding in my family. I am planning the menu and I want to include something new and such that people love it. We have veg and non veg both in the menu along with starters and deserts. I dont want it to be like normal indian weddings where the palte is full and we are not able to get the proper taste since everything gets mixed. Something different from normal.

Thanks for your help :)
