Am fine thanks. Yes you can make momos and pancakes with wheat flour. They will be a little thicker though. That is about all.

Hi Niruji,

I am planning a lunch/dinner party for 68 people. I want to make chicken biryani to be the focus of the party. Was wondering what else can be made with it. Would appreciate if you could help me with the entire menu starting with starters to the desserts which are not tooo difficult to make and compliment the chicken biryani.
Regards
Nandita

For Starters:
Bhajjias/Pakoras
Pudina Aloo
Dhokla

Biryani
Tomato and Onion Cachumber--finely chopped with salt, nimbu, green chilli and coriander leaves

I have never utilized my microwave convection and have been doing all my baking in my OTG with excellent results. can you please help me how to bake a cake in microwave convection and which baking dish i can use. is it glass or other?

A cake in a microwave convection oven is baked like in a conventional oven. You can use glass or metal in it. But before you bake the first time, you must read up the brochure to know how to handle the oven and get the best results.
