Greetings maam,
I have been trying your bread recipes and they are coming out great.
I have one question maam, how to turn out bread as fluffy as the laadi pavs got from the bakerys?

On what does the fluffiness of the bread/loaf/pav depend and how to make it very porous and fluffy?

First of all their ovens are more powerful and I don't know but maybe they use some chemical. In my oven I don't get them that fluffy either.

which is much better otg or microwave 4 making cake or cookies
