Hello maam,
Please guide me regarding bhajni flour, that is used to make chaklis.
The various dals used, are they to be washed and then dried and roasted, or are they not to be washed and directly roasted ?
If possible, do help me out.
Thanks,
Anju

You can roast them directly. If you wash them, then dry them a bit and then roast.

Dear Niruji, your recipes are fantastic, but unfortunately your search engine is not. I have typed recipe aloo gobhi bina pyaz ka, aloo gobhi sookha, and aloo gobhi ki sookhi sabzi, but none of these seemed to be available. surprising as it is the most common ingredient in indian kitchen!!

Well, gobhi aloo is not there in my collection. There is Ghutti Gobhi , which is without onion and also a recipe for Gobhi Gajar

Greetings maam,
I would like to know how to make onion powder and mustard powder at home, as I am unable to get them where I live.
Thanks in advance,
Anju

I don't know about onion powder but mustard powder is just powdered mustard (rai/sarson) seeds.
