Hello maam,
Please tell me what are the following and what could be substituted in their place
molasses, maple syrup, dark corn syrup and brown sugar cor.n syrup. Any one items substitute will also do.
Also maam, Can maida bread be made using the batter method for atta bread?
Sorry to be a bother,
Regards,
Anju

Molasses is something like Gur.
The other syrups are what the name says they are. Mostly honey can be substituted.
Maybe you can make maida bread also like batter bread. I have not tried it. You can try it with the same measurements as the normal maida bread.

Hello maam,
I wanted to know whether acetic acid and vinegar are the same?
If not, then how to obtain vinegar from acetic acid?
Thanks,
Anju

I am sorry, I do know it is made from acetic acid, but don't know if it is diluted or not. You will have to check with a chemist.

Maam,
As you said, the batter could have rose and fell, what should be done in such a case?
Should have baked it at an earlier stage?
Also, maam Why a batter in case of atta bread and a dough in case of maida bread? Is it to increase the moisture content in the atta batter? just trying to understand the technicalities. . .
Your guidance has really helped me in understanding baking etc a lot.
Thanks a ton,
Anju

Baked at an earlier stage or at a higher temperature. As I mentioned earlier, the temperature of ovens is something you have to get to learn about your oven. Each oven can defer marginally.

About batter, atta bread can also be made with dough. I just found this better so I have adopted it.

Good afternoon maam,
Please tell me whether one can put aluminium pan in the otg and also put a cover on it to cook or bake some dish ?
Is there any harm is putting cover over the pan?
Thanks,
Anju

Yes you can. There is no harm putting a cover either.
