Hello maam,
I tried your atta cake recipe using brown sugar.

Please tell me, whether atta cakes do not become spongy as the maida ones?. Does the cake become moist because of brown sugar?

The centre first swelled and then sank a bit. Please tell me what could be its probable reason?

Maam, Can one substitute 2 ripe bananas for 4 eggs?

Please do help me out.

Anju

Atta cake is not spongy like maida. Bake them a little longer if they fall back. Bananas are not a substitute for eggs.

Good evening maam,
Please guide me regarding the use of silicon cup cake moulds.
What are its do's and don'ts?
Are they to be greased like the aluminium ones?
How are they cleaned?
Thanks a lot,
Anju

Wheat bran is chokkar--When chakki ka atta is sieved the left over is chokkar. There is no substitute.

Hello maam,
Can 'mathri' a rajasthani snack that is fried, be baked in an otg?.
Similarly, can potato chips, etc can also be baked or grilled?
Please guide.
Thanks,
Anju

All these can be tried in an oven, not otg, as in the oven you can reduce the heat after 5 minutes of high heat. You need to experiment. But as far as I know an otg cannot be used for low heat.
