Cream cheese is called cream cheese only. I know Britannia makes it, and maybe some others. A substitute that works is hung curd.

Try baking it at a higher temperature.

Hello maam,
In the recipe for making chocolate, the butter mentioned is salted butter or white butter? Can pure ghee be used instead?

Maam, can the dough obtained be put in moulds to get the desired shape?

Lastly, how is the chocolate to be stored? and for how many days?

You can use salted butter, but ghee may smell a bit. You can try.
It can be put into moulds
Refrigerated for a month or so.
