My query is about indian weights and measures in cooking. How much is one seer (or sair) in cups or ounces?

One seer is roughly a kilo. So each seer is 32oz. i.e. 4 cups of liquid each.

How do I make my cookies from burning from the base?
Also, can one use foil instead of butter paper?
Can a paper with butter applied be used as butter paper.

The rack should be placed in the centre. If it is too close to the source of heat, it may burn.

Instead of frying them, place them in a single layer in the microwave, cook at 100% for 1 minute on each side, then cook at 60% for 5 minutes on each side. If not cooked cook some more at 60% till done.

mam i have been going to gym since one year to loose my weight. i lost almost 4 kgs in 7 months but after that my weight become stable. i asked to my instructer he ask me to change my diet. I.e Fat burning diets. so i would like to know do you have a fat burning recipe books if yes from where i can buy near Saket New delhi.

mam, what is bread flour? i have a recpie that calls for to use bread flour in making pizza dough at home and from where can i get in delhi?

Here you just use plain maida. I am not aware of specialised flours available here.
