Dear Madam
Just wanted to know is there a replacement for onions in cooking, like i wanted to make Malai Kofta curry, but without onions and garlic, can this be done.

i hav a samsung 28ltr convection microwave. can i use aluminium trays for baking or only plastic is allowed??

When you use the convection mode, you can use metal But not in the microwave mode. PLEASE read instructions in the manual carefully before use.

I am buying an OTG for my home. Please would you suggest me some books to refer for indian cooking in OTG
