Are you baking in a microwave or normal oven? In a microwave it can harden after cooling if over baked. But that is not so with the normal oven.

Namaste Niru aunty. Haven't bothered you for long :)but I do remember you everytime I handle yeast or add curd to Ghutti Gobhi. Please let me have the recipes for "wheat flour Nimki" and "Thekua". I went through the namak paare and mathi recipes and wanted to ask if its possible to use whole wheat atta instead.

Yes you can use wheat flour for mathi and namak para. I am afraid I am not familiar with the two items you mention. Are they called by some other name too?

I think you need to go through my site carefully. I have a section on no onion no garlic. I also have recipes for different vegetables.

Hi Mam. I am very fond of your recipes. thanx for your site. I would request you to tell me about operating of microwave. I have 28 Ltr convention mode Onida microwave. I want to make many recipes with the help of your recipes. I am finding difficulty in choosing different utensils to be used for baking, heating or for making tikki, bhindi or liquid vegetables. I have got alongwith m/w a tray like tava, one rack. I dont know its use. I am confused how to bake a cake in glass bowl or in a aluminium box and in which mode. If you reply me, I will be thankful.

It is extremely important that you read the manual that comes with the m/w, before you start to cook in it. There are different kinds, so you must read and see what yours can do. It is difficult for me to advise in general like that.

well,i m sorry for not mentioning it,actually we both are vegeterian people.my husband mainly likes sweets, but,in main menu,he alwaz prefers spicy food but not harmful for health, can you plz help me out, maam?
