Depends on what kind of microwave you have. If it is a dual mode, meaning if it also has convection oven in it, use that and bake like you would in a normal electric oven. If not then use the micro mode. There are recipes on my site for microwave cooking. You will find a recipe in that.

Dear Shilpa, first of all can I request to write proper spellings and not sms language?

1. You can roll a sheet and cut with a round cutter (you can use a bottle cap or something. If you make large quantities you have to keep steaming them for 3-4 minutes, so that they do not tear with the wet filling.
2. You have to wet edges for them to stick.

Here is the recipe for you to make in the convection mode:

Naan Khatai

150 gm refined flour
120 gm oil
2 cloves
1/4 tsp cinnamon-broken pieces
4-5 green cardamoms
85 gm sugar-powdered
60 gm semolina
1/2 tsp vanilla esssence
blanched almonds to garnish

Oven Temperature: 350F - 180C

Method: Mix together the sugar and powdered spices.

Whip the oil to make it creamy, and add in sugar mixture gradually.

Add the refined flour, semolina and vanilla and mix into a dough.

Shape mixture into small rounds, put on to a baking tray and mark a cross at the center of each khatai on top.

Place an almond each in the center of each and bake in a pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes, or till crisp and cooked through.
