Hello.

I have two queries.in most of ur cake recipes u use two tins..hw do I place 2 tins in a convetion oven where there are no racks..just one turntable. and can we use borosil dish for baking cakes in place of aluminium ones..
Query posted by : Ranjita on 4-Sep-2010

1. You will have to do them one by one, or put them in a bigger container. I woud say use a 10" round instead of the two containers.
2. Yes you can use a borosil container.
