Paneer Cream Masala

Ingredients
|

Paneer - 250gm
-
Oil - 2tbsp
-
Milk - 1cup
-
Cream / malai - 1/2 cup
-
Ginger - 2tbsp finely chopped
-
Elaichi powder - 3-4 pieces ( take out the seeds from it and grind it to make a smooth powder)

Green chillies - 2 pieces finely chopped
-
Tomato puree - 2 cups
-
Garam masala - [ 1/2tsp cloves,black pepper,dalchinni grind them ]

Kasoori methi -2tsp

Paneer masala -2tsp

Salt - according to taste

Coriander powder - 2tsp
-
red chilli powder -1tsp
-
Saunf - 1/2tsp
-
orange colour - 2-3 pinches
-
Turmeric powder- 2-3 pinches

Preparation

Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the ginger, saunf and garam masala sauted it over medium flame till they began to splutter
Add tomato puree ,stir fry it till the oil seperates.
Add green chilles(1 piece chopped), salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, paneer masala and crushed kasoori methi(1tsp) saute it for 1minute
Put the milk and bring it to boil on a high flame
Add the cream(1/2 cup) stir for 2 minutes on a medium flame. At the time of boiling first add the orange colour and then add the remaining( green chillies and kasoori methi) and also elaichi powder.
Lastly garnish with grated paneer, cream and coriander leaves.
