Ingredients
|

500 g paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese), cubed

Grind to a paste:
-
3/4 cup ( approx. 50 g) cleaned and roughly chopped hara dhania (Coriander leaves)

2-3 (or to taste) green chillies, roughly chopped
-
2 tsp chopped ginger
-
8 sabut kali mirch (Peppercorns)
-
8 laung (Laung)
-
1 tsp roughly broken, dalchini (Cinnamon) or 1/4 tsp powder
-
2 badi elaichi (Black Cardamom), shelled
-
1 tbsp salt or to taste
-
1/4 cup lemon juice
-
Grated or desiccated coconut to garnish

Preparation

Grind the ingredients and mix in the lemon juice.
Marinate the paneer in this mixture for 1/2 hour at least.
Grill the paneer in a griller or pan fry in a non-stick pan with a thin layer of oil.
Serve hot garnished with the coconut.
