Ingredients

Murmura (Puffed Rice) 2 cups

Bareek Sev (fine ‘sev’) ½ cup

Potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed 1 cup

Onions finely chopped 1 cup

Poories/papdis 8

Bhel Date Chutney ¼ cup

Bhel Green Chutney 1 tbsp

Bhel Red Chutney 1 tbsp

Lemon juice 1 tbsp or to taste

Salt 1 tbsp or to taste

Hara Dhania (Coriander leaves) for garnish

*Green Chutney

Grind together equal quantities of coriander leaves, garlic to taste and green chillies and add some lemon juice.

** Date Chutney

Cook and puree dried dates and add some dried powdered ginger.

Preparation

Mix the Green chutney, date chutney, lemon juice and salt with enough water to facilitate mixing into the dry ingredients.
Mix together, the puffed rice, sev (saving a little for garnish), onions, potatoes, half the poories (crushed). Garnish with sev , remaindered poories , coriander leaves and serve.
