Chicken Filling

A chicken mixture used to fill potatoes. |

Ingredients

Chicken, cooked and diced 1 cup

Oil 1 tbsp

Ajwain or ajwain leaves ½ tsp

Hara Pyaaz, chopped fine with leaves ½ cup

Salt 1 tsp or to taste

Kali mirch, powder ¼ tsp
-
Cream or malai ½ cup
-
Cheese, grated, to garnish.

Preparation

Heat the oil and ajwain, and then the hara pyaaz.
Saute till the onion is soft. Add the chicken, salt and kali mirch and saute till well mixed.
Mix in the cream, heat through and pour over the potato and top with grated cheese.
