Mushrooms prepared for filling a baked potato |

Ingredients

Mushroom, chopped fine 200 g (1 packet)

Oil 2 tbsp

Onions, chopped fine ½ cup

Garlic, chopped fine 1 tsp
-
Simla Mirch (capsicum), chopped fine ½ cup (1 small)

Mix together for sauce:

Water ½ cup
-
Cornflour 1 tbsp
-
Soya sauce 1 tsp
-
Vinegar 2 tsp
-
Salt 1 tsp or to taste

Preparation

Heat the oil and add the onions and garlic. When pinkish, add the Simla mirch and saute till half cooked.
Add the mushrooms and turn around over high heat till mixed and add the sauce ingredients.
Bring to a boil, simmer and pour over the potato.
