Mixed Vegetable Filling

Mixed vegetables for a filling

Type: Snacks Serving: 2 Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • Phool Gobhi (Cauliflower), chopped fine 1 cup
  • Carrots, chopped fine ½ cup
  • Frans bean (French Beans), chopped fine ½ cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Jeera 1 tsp
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp or to taste
  • Kali mirch powder ¼ tsp
  • Hara Dhania, chopped 2 tbsp
  • Hari mirch, chopped fine 1 tsp or to taste
 

Preparation

  • Heat the oil and add jeera. When it splutters add the gobhi, carrots and beans and saute till glossy.
  • Add the maida and saute over low heat till slightly colored, add the milk and bring to a boil.

  • Lower the heat and simmer. Add the salt and kali mirch and simmer till vegetables are cooked to a bite like consistency.

  • Mix in the hara dhania and mirch and pour over the potato.
