Ingredients

Phool Gobhi (Cauliflower), chopped fine 1 cup

Carrots, chopped fine ½ cup

Frans bean (French Beans), chopped fine ½ cup

Oil 2 tbsp

Jeera 1 tsp
-
Maida 2 tbsp
-
Milk 1 cup
-
Salt 1 ½ tsp or to taste

Kali mirch powder ¼ tsp
-
Hara Dhania, chopped 2 tbsp

Hari mirch, chopped fine 1 tsp or to taste

Preparation

Heat the oil and add jeera. When it splutters add the gobhi, carrots and beans and saute till glossy.
Add the maida and saute over low heat till slightly colored, add the milk and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer. Add the salt and kali mirch and simmer till vegetables are cooked to a bite like consistency.
Mix in the hara dhania and mirch and pour over the potato.
