Ingredients

Paapri 24 flat ones

Boiled and diced potatoes 1 cup

Boiled kabuli chana (Chick peas) 1/2 cup

Dahi (yogurt) mixed with water to make into a desired consistency 1 cup (200 g)

Sonth ki Chutney mixed with water to a pouring consistency ½ cup

Hari Chutney mixed with water to a pouring consistency, optional

Chaat Masala
-
Chilli powder
-
Very thinly sliced fresh ginger ]

Hara Dhania (Coriander leaves) ]for garnish

Preparation

Dip the paapris into the yogurt mixture and arrange in a flat serving dish, close to each other.
Sprinkle the potatoes and the Chick peas over them and then sprinkle sonth (and green chutney if desired) in a thin layer.
Sprinkle the chaat masala and the chilli powder and next, the sliced ginger and the hara dhania and serve.
