Ingredients

2 cups rice flour
-
1/2 cup channa dal
-
1/2 cup spring onions
-
1/2 cup green chillis(finely chopped)

2 spoons zeera
-
1 cup oil
-
salt to taste

1/4 cup water

Preparation
|

soak channa dal for 1/2 hour and mix all ingredients other than oil to make soft dough take heavy bottom tawwah put 2 tb spoons of oil.make dough into 8 portions take 1 portion of dough, put on tawwah &spread with hand to make pancake. make 3 holes on the pancake with finger. put it on low flame for 10min.closing tawwah with lid. let the bottom get reddish brown and serve it with butter &pickle .garnish it with coriander and spring onions
