Ingredients

moong dhal: 1 cup
-
rice : 4tbsp
-
urad dhal :3tbsp
-
for topping on dosa

onions :1no
-
green chiles: 1to 2
-
ginger: small inch size
-
jeera:1tsp
-
coriander leaves, curry leaves

Preparation

method:
1)soak moongdhal, rice, urad dhal for 4 hours.
2) wash all the dhals &rice.
3)grind the dhal & rice together to became paste.u can add water alittle bit.while griding
4) add salt to the grind paste and pour some water . so that the mixture should not thin.
5) then kept it aside
6) now cut onoins , green chilles, ginger,coarinder leaves, curry leaves.& mix all of them
7)put the pan on the stove. and heat the pan
8) after heating the pan , pour the grind batter on the pan with help of laddle
9) now top up the dosa with onion mixture.
10) now pour some little bit of oil on the dosa
11) cook the dosa for 3 min & turn the dosa cook for 2mins
12) do the same process for remaining batter
13) serve hot with ginger chutney.
