Ingredients

Raw Bananas, peeled and sliced into thin rounds 2

Oil/Ghee for deep frying

Ajwain (Thymol seeds) 1 tsp

Kadhi patta (curry leaves) 4-5

Chilli powder ½ tsp or to taste

Sendha Namak (rock salt) 2 tsp
-
Nimbu ka rass (lemon juice) to taste

Hara dhania (coriander leaves) for garnish

Preparation

Deep fry the banana slices first over high heat, then over low, till a golden brown and crisp on the outside.
Take off the heat and leave on absorbent paper to drain excess fat.
Heat a tablespoon of the oil in a kadahi and add the ajwain and kadhi patta.
When seeds splutter, add the fried kela, chilli powder and salt and mix well.
Take off the heat and mix in the nimbu and serve hot garnished with the dhania.
