Ingredients

Green Masala (Below) 1 quantity

Paneer 1/2 kg

Ghee 2 tbsp

( A masala that can be made and refrigerated for quick use. Good for about a kilo of vegetables or paneer)

Hara dhania (Coriander leaves) chopped 3/4 cup (40g)

Green chillies, roughly chopped 2-3
-
Ginger, chopped 2 tsp
-
Sabut kali mirch (peppercorns) 6

Laung ( cloves) 6

Dalchini (cinnamon), powdered 1/4 tsp

Sendha namak (white rock salt) 1 tbsp

Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Grind the ingredients together.

Preparation

Cut the paneer into desired sized pieces and marinate in the masala for 30 minutes or so.
Heat oil in a frying pan and just before serving, pan fry the paneer on both sides over high heat, till light brown, and serve.
