Ingredients

Oven temp:400 F-204 œC

Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese), cut into 1 ½” cubes 500 g
-
Garlic paste 2 tsp
-
Ginger paste 2 tsp
-
Pissi kali mirch 1 tsp
-
Salt 1 tbsp or to taste
-
Hara dhania (Coriander leaves), chopped 2 tbsp
-
Hari mirch (Green Chilli), chopped to taste

Vinegar 2 tbsp
-
Safed til (White Sesame seed), roasted ¼ cup, approx.

Oil to brush the paneer

Lemon wedges and onion rings for garnish

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients except the oil and garnishes and leave for 20-30 minutes at least.
Place the paneer on a drip pan and bake in the pre-heated oven for about 10mins.
Remove from oven, flip over, dab with oil and bake again for 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can grill on a griller or a barbecue pit.
Serve hot, garnished with lemon and onion rings.
