Ingredients
|

3/4 kg palak (spinach), washed and chopped fine
-
2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
-
2-3 sabut lal mirch (whole red peppers)

1 tbsp thinly sliced ginger

1 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
-
1 tsp sugar
-
1 tbsp malai (clotted cream)

Preparation

In a heavy based stainless steel
Keeping the heat on high, add the chopped spinach, salt and sugar and mix well.
Continue to cook over high heat, till the palak is tender and the juices that were discarded have disappeared.
Serve hot garnished with the cream.
