Ingredients

1) Beans finely chopped 1 cup

2) Potato - diced - 1 cup

3) Carrot - diced - 1 cup

4) Green peas _ 1 cup

5) Chopped tomato - 1 cup

6) Chopped onion

7) Ginger finely chopped - 1 table spoon

8) Garlick finely chopped - 1 cup

9) Gram dal - 1 table spoon
-
10) Red chilly - 5 nos
-
11) Dhaniya - 1 table spoon

12) Crated coconut - 1 cup

13) Corriander leaves - finley chopped 1 table spoon

14) 1 cup oil

15) Curry leaves -

16) Salt

17) Garam malasa powder - 1/2 tea spoon

18) Corriander leaves - finely chopped

Preparation

Fry in little oil gram dal, red chilly, garlick, ginger, dhaniya, crated coconut. After cooling, grinding it to a fine paste.
In a non-stick frying fan put little oil and fry mustard, curry leaves and add onion. After onion fried add tomotto. After one minute when onion and tomato mixed well add all the velegitables and garam masala powder . Pour little water. After the veletables mixed well add masala paste already ground and mix well and add required salt and corriander leaves. Add one cup of water. After two whistles switch of the pan and open it when cooled. Remove it and mix well. Serve hot. Good for chappay, idly, dosa, etc. etc.
