Ingredients

Khoya (solidified milk)-crumbled 250 gm

Ghee (Clarified Butter) 2 tbsp

Jeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-
Tomato freshly pureed 1 cup
-
Ginger paste 1 tsp
-
Chilli powder 1 tsp
-
Salt to taste or 1 1/2 tsp
-
Guchchi (Morrels) 100 gms, soaked 3-4 hours

Garam masala 1 tsp
-
Coriander leaves for garnish

Preparation

Rinse the guchchis well to remove grit and squeeze well to remove extra water.
Heat ghee and add the jeera. When seeds splutter, add the tomato and ginger and sauté till fat separates. Add the chilli powder and salt and mix well.
Add khoya and cook till well mixed.
Add the guchchis and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Serve garnished with the garam masala and the coriander.
