Ingredients

500 gm spinach (palak), Pureed
-
1 tsp Sugar
-
water
-
½ cup milk
-
1 tbsp Corn flour
-
1tsp Salt
-
one-eighth tsp grated nutmeg(jaiphal)

4 tbsp cream
|

Preparation
|

Measure the puree and add enough water to make 4 cups of liquid and bring to a boil.
Add the milk mixture, salt, pepper, and nutmeg and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with the cream.
