Barbeque Sauce

Ingredients

• Olive  oil 1 tbsp
• Onion, chopped ½ cup
• Garlic, peeled, minced 1 tsp
• Salt 1-1/2 tsp
• Tomatoes, peeled, cut up 1 cup
• Chili powder 1 tsp
• Sugar 2 tbsp
• Vinegar 1/4 cup
• Olive oil 1/3 cup

Preparation

• Heat oil in saucepan. Saute onion until lightly browned.

• Add garlic, chilli, salt and tomatoes; simmer until mixture thickens.

• Add remaining sauce ingredients; cook for eight minutes, stirring constantly.
