Tandoori Masala

Type: Condiments Serving: 300 g

Ingredients

  • Dried powdered ginger 1/4 cup (25 g)
  • Dried powdered garlic 1/4 cup (25 g)
  • Powdered black pepper 2 tbsp (15 g)
  • Chaat masala 2 tbsp (10 g)
  • Garam masala 1/4 cup (25 g)
  • Chilli powder 1/4 cup (20 g)
  • Dried powdered fenugreek leaves (Kasoori methi) 1/4 cup (6 g)
  • Salt 3/4 cup (150 g)
  • Dried powdered onion 1/4 cup (25 g)
  • Powdered  red colour (optional) 1 tsp
 

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients very well and store in an air-tight jar.
