Ingredients

Dried powdered ginger 1/4 cup (25 g)

Dried powdered garlic 1/4 cup (25 g)

Powdered black pepper 2 tbsp (15 g)

Chaat masala 2 tbsp (10 g)

Garam masala 1/4 cup (25 g)

Chilli powder 1/4 cup (20 g)

Dried powdered fenugreek leaves (Kasoori methi) 1/4 cup (6 g)

Salt 3/4 cup (150 g)

Dried powdered onion 1/4 cup (25 g)

Powdered red colour (optional) 1 tsp

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients very well and store in an air-tight jar.
