Salsa

Ingredients

• 2 large (250 g) tomatoes, peeled and chopped fine
• ½ cup tomato puree
• 2 tsp salt or to taste
• 2 tsp chopped green chillies or to taste
• about 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

• Mix together and serve.
