Spicy Cheese Dip

Ingredients

Processed Cheese, grated 1 cup

Milk 1 cup

Ajwain (thymol seeds), roasted 1 tsp

Chilli powder ½ tsp
-
Tulsi leaves, finely chopped 1 heaped tbsp

Salt ½ tsp or to taste

Preparation

Heat the milk, add the cheese and stir over low heat till melted. Add the Ajwain, chilli powder and tulsi leaves, mix well and serve.
