Ingredients

Gur (Molasses), broken into small pieces 150 g
-
Milk 180 g (3/4 cup)

Safed Til (White Sesame seeds) 150 g (1 ½ cups)

Ghee (Clarified Butter) 1 tbsp

A greased thali or marble slab to set the mixture in

Preparation

Place the gur and milk in a kadahi and melt over low heat. Once melted increase the heat and cook to a hard ball consistency.
Mix in the peanuts and the ghee and spread the mixture on to the greased surface, flattening if need be and leave to set.
When cool enough to handle, take spoonfuls and form into smooth rounds and leave to cool.
