Ingredients

Paneer 150 g
-
Full cream milk 5 cups (1 ltr)

Chhoti Elaichi crushed a little 4

Kesar 1/8 tsp

Sugar ¾ cup or to taste

Almonds, shredded thin (lenghtwise) 6

Preparation

Crumble the paneer and keep aside.
Boil the milk in a large pan and cook till about half the quantity is left.
Add the sugar and simmer till dissolved.
Add the elaichi and kesar, and keeping the heat high add the paneer.
Bring to a boil, and then simmer for 5 minutes.
Take off the heat and cool.
Refrigerate to chill, garnish with almonds and serve.
